Meet Our Founder
Jeff Guenzburger is a faithful man of God who is deeply passionate about impacting and improving the lives of people. Originally born in St. Louis, Missouri, Jeff was a standout athlete blessed to play four years of collegiate football finishing up at the University of Missouri. After hanging up the cleats, Jeff relocated to San Diego, California, where for over the last 15 years he’s been working alongside executives, professional athletes, navy seals and more. Jeff began his career training athletes before officially transitioning to full-time ministry and receiving with honors a Master’s in Ministry from Bethel Seminary. From 2012 to 2016 he served as one of the chaplains for then-San Diego Chargers. Jeff currently serves as head chaplain for the USFL’s Birmingham Stallions helping Skip Holtz win back-to-back Championships. His primary focus is leading professional athletes to reach their God-given purpose in every area of their life.
Jeff Guenzburger is an ignitor, leader, mentor, and coach on a singular mission — to lead those on the greatest adventure they will ever know. Not a career. Not an achievement. Not a title or trophy, but rather the relentless, unshakable, never-failing love of God.
For more than 15 years, Jeff has stepped into the darkness with men and walked with them through the fire all the way into who they were always created to be. A former collegiate football player and graduate of Bethel Seminary with a master’s degree in ministry, Jeff has dedicated his life to discipling and restoring men and families from all walks of life, helping them rediscover their God-given purpose of becoming fully alive.
Throughout his ministry, Jeff has served professional athletes, NFL coaches, Navy SEALs, CEOs, executives, government leaders, and families facing crisis, addiction, relationship struggles, and major life transitions. His experience includes serving as chaplain for the San Diego Chargers, guiding the Birmingham Stallions to three consecutive championships as their Head Chaplain, and continuing to serve in a chaplain capacity across the UFL, NFL, NHL, and college programs."
